uses reliable, energy-saving and efficient components such as BS-III backgauge device and sliders.
Motor
The motor is a high-performance servo motor with a full closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo system to supply oil on demand. It has low oil temperature, and it is energy-saving, environment friendly, and efficient.
Machine Tool
The machine tool is equipped with compensation wedges which are controlled by CNC system; this will allow the lower table to have pre-convexity to compensate for the flexural deflection of the upper slide plate, which helps control the angle change of the workpiece within the tolerance range and guarantees high quality and high precision bending.
Back Gauge Device
Adopting the latest design, the back gauge device, with servo motor driven ball screw, is precise, stable, fast, and has high-precision positioning; moreover, its modular design allows the number of control axes ranging from single-axis X to multi-axes.
Front Support Bracket
This part is equipped with a flexible front retainer bracket mounted on the table's front. When used, the retainer bracket can be manually moved by fixed points to the appropriate position and fastened according to the length of the workpiece, and the retainer bracket can be adjusted in horizontal and vertical directions.

Machine Tool
