Description of Machine Components of Dual Servo Pump Controlled CNC Press Brake
Adopting the mortise and tenon structure, the dual servo pump controlled CNC press brake has long service life, small deformation, and high precision. This press brake equips the SH-ACL dual-servo pump control hydraulic system, which supplies oil on demand to reduce throttling and overflow and saves up to 60% of energy and oil.

The dual servo pump controlled CNC press brake uses the SH-ACL dual servo pump control hydraulic system that is developed independently by Shanghai ACL.
Frame Structure
Characteristics of welding of force-bearing components of the frame: the left and right side plates are embedded in and welded with the worktable riser and cylinder mounting plate respectively. In this cartridge structure, the base material bears force while the welds only connect and share the shear force.
Slide Plate
The back of the slide plate is installed with a prestressed adjusting band, which guarantees long-term straightness of the mounting plane when receiving external force. In addition, the prestressed adjusting band can adjust the slight error of the mounting plane precision.
Sliding Friction
The slide plate is guided by sliding friction to make the operation smoother. The side guide is added so that the sliding plate will not be stuck even if the left and right side of the sliding plate is not parallel when the device fails.
Cylinder Block
The cylinder block has sufficient rigidity and strength. It was forged and formed to guarantee to be free from defects such as loose texture, and it was annealed to eliminate internal stress, ensuring the material's stability.
