In order to have a continuous and stable operation and a precision positioning of large workpieces, our W67K-SM
Series Heavy-duty Dual Pump Controlled CNC Press Brake adopts a double-pilot structure and uses a heavy-duty
backgauge, compensation device and more.
Machine Bed
The machine bed is assembled together, and the whole machine is processed by a large CNC machine tool with high precision, making the machine easy to install and transport.
DNC Controlling Mechanical Deflection Compensation Crowning Table
W67K press brake table adopts the DNC controlling mechanical deflection compensation crowning table. In the table, several groups of the crowning wedge with bevels move relative to each other to compensate for deflection (by using the principle of inverse shape).
Press Brake Slider
W67K-SM press brake slider adopts the double-pilot structure, and the slider guide adopts the down guide structure with the side guide set at the side to ensure a stable operation of the large tonnage machine.
Electrical Components
1. Most of the electrical components are from the French brand Schneider which is in line with international standards. They are safe and reliable and have the strong anti-interference capability.
2. It has a moveable foot switch control station with easy-to-use functions like return and emergency stop.
3. The wiring of the electric cabinet is reasonable, clear, and easy to maintain and troubleshoot with good heat dissipation.

Back Gauge
The back gauge device adopts the Panasonic servo motor to drive the HIWIN ball with a linear guide to ensure the precision of X-axis transmission positioning is ≤ ± 0.1mm so that the precision of the workpiece is guaranteed.
