The gantry-style dual servo electro-hydraulic pump controlled CNC press brake adopts a gantry type all-steel welded structure with enclosed high-strength steel machine bed with higher bending precision. The unlimited throat depth allows for large panel bending. Equipped with SH-ACL dual-servo pump control hydraulic system, the oil is supplied on demand to reduce throttling and overflow, which saves up to 60% of energy and oil.

The gantry-style dual servo electro-hydraulic pump controlled CNC press brake uses the SH-ACL dual servo pump control hydraulic system that is developed independently by Shanghai ACL.

Frame Structure

The machine frame adopts an all-steel split assembly structure. The side plates, table risers, and slide plates are all made of high-strength Q235 steel. The surface of the machine body is shot blasted to eliminate internal stress, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall precision of the machine tool.

6-axis Back Gauge

Standard 6-axis back gauge (customizable), three-dimensional positioning, X-axis transmission positioning with precision ≤ ± 0.1mm, R-axis up and down positioning with precision ≤ ± 0.1mm, Z-axis left and right positioning with precision ≤ ± 0.5mm. The back gauge can act synchronously to improve processing efficiency.

Machine Tool

The machine tool is equipped with compensation wedges which are controlled by the CNC system; this will allow the lower table to have pre-convexity to compensate for the flexural deflection of the upper slide plate, which helps control the angle change of the workpiece within the tolerance range and guarantees high quality and high precision bending.

Upper & Lower Die

The upper die is fixed by a clamping device. The lower die is in the form of concentric double V, which makes the die change convenient and fast, and it reduces labor intensity and improves productivity.

Composed of the servo power unit, hydraulic control valve set, filling valve and servo drive, the system controls the synchronization of oil cylinders through the servo motor driven bi-directional pump to supply oil on demand.
