Besides the ESTUN E200PS that eliminates the screw gap, our QC12Y(K) Series Hydraulic Swing Beam
Shearing Machine adopts the eccentric gear mechanism to adjust the cutting edge gap, and uses high
precision rear material blocking device and other device to ensure the shearing precision.
Frame
The machine frame adopts an all-steel split assembly structure with good rigidity, high strength, and resistance to distortion and deformation. The surface of the machine body is shot blasted to eliminate internal stress, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall precision of the machine tool.
Eccentric Gear Mechanism
It adopts the eccentric gear mechanism to manually adjust the cutting edge gap by graduated scale to adapt to the shearing needs of different thicknesses and materials of boards.
High-precision Rear Material Blocking Device
Adopting the whole circuit and independent parallel pressing cylinder, it can be freely expanded to press the board when the board is uneven, and the pressing force can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the board without damaging the board surface.
Upper & Lower Blades
The upper and lower blades are made of high-quality materials, all of which are heat-treated to ensure sufficient hardness and long service life.
