Description of Machine Components of Hydraulic Gate Shearing Machine
Besides the ESTUN E200PS that eliminates the screw gap, our VS(K) Series Hydraulic Gate Shearing Machine uses high strength, reliable and efficient components such as electric adjusting control, hydraulic electric control and more.
Machine Frame
The machine frame and turret adopt the finite element analysis to calculate the force condition of the frame. Adopting the whole steel plate welding structure and treating by high-temperature annealing to eliminate the internal stress, the frame has good strength, rigidity, and shock resistance, and the machine tool has high precision and the ability to maintain precision.
Pressing Device
The pressing device adopts the whole circuit and independent parallel pressing cylinder, and it is equipped with a rubber pad. It can be expanded freely to press the board when the board is uneven, and the pressing force can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the board without damaging the board surface.
Optional Electric Adjustment
Optional electric adjustment of the cutting edge gap that is easy to operate and can meet different shearing needs.
Hydraulic Electric Control
Hydraulic electric control adjusts the shearing angle within the specified range and improves the shearing quality depending on the thickness of the board to reduce the distortion and deformation of the strip.
